Rachel Kramer serves as Director of the School Wellness Program.
With over five years of experience, she has worked on a variety of programs related to food security, health promotion, and youth engagement.
Previously, Rachel was the Project Manager for our Inland Desert Training and Technical Resource Center and the SNAP-Ed Program where she worked to advance policy, systems, and environmental change initiatives.
Prior to that, she managed direct-to-client food assistance and nutrition programs for Feeding America San Diego serving local schools, rural community sites, and senior centers. She was also a part of Feeding America’s national Child Hunger Corps Program, where she conducted community needs assessments focused on child food insecurity.
Rachel is a graduate of Michigan State University with degrees in Arts and Humanities and Family Community Services.
