Live Well @ Work has launched over 30 walking routes for different businesses across San Diego County. Until now, the walking routes have only been made available in English. To meet the needs of Altman Plants employees, Live Well @ Work designed the first bilingual (English/Spanish) walking route. The route takes employees on a 1-mile walk through flower and succulent fields. This is ideal for hosting walking meetings or taking a relaxing stroll after lunch or during a break.
As one of the most innovative agriculture worksites, Altman Plants has been dedicated to creating a healthy and thriving work environment for all of their employees. They continue to elevate their employee well-being program with help from Live Well @ Work.
