On June 14, 2022, the San Diego Refugee Communities Coalition were presented a San Diego County Proclamation to honor their work ensuring refugee communities throughout San Diego County are healthy, safe, and thriving. SDRCC work is participularly needed in San Diego County, where as many as 3,000 refugees are resettled each year.
