Earl M Felisme, currently a Health Navigator at FHCSD was born a twin at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan, New York. Throughout his life’s journey, Earl has lived and served in various places such as Washington D.C, Maryland, Virginia and now California. Earl started his career as a HIV Pre & Post Test Counselor and has worked his way up into serving various roles throughout these states. Earl helped coordinated needle exchange outreach programs in Baltimore MD, trained students from John Hopkins University on how to preform successful and safe street outreach. As a member of the Urban League in Virginia, Earl ran successful voting and food drives. He also helped translate for the Virginia Department of Health to link Haitian migrants to medical care services. Earl has also coordinated several Campaigns for CDC, Greater Than Aids and Stomach Cancer Awareness. Earl was also awarded a Walter M Shell Humanitarian award in February of 2018.
