Dr. Xin Tu is Professor of Biostatistics and a liaison for the Biostatistics, Epidemiology and Research Design (BERD) Core at UCSD Clinical and Translational Research Institute (CTRI).  He has been part of the BERD for five years focusing on biostatistical support primarily for pre-award grant submissions.  With over 30 years of experience and over 290 publications in peer-reviewed journals, he has been making significant and important contributions to the fields of statistical methodological research and its applications to a wide range of biomedical and psychosocial research.
