Communities Putting Prevention to Work was a 2-year grant to improve nutrition, increase physical activity, and reduce obesity with particular focus in underserved communities in San Diego County.  The County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) contracted with the UC San Diego Center for Community Health to implement the program.  Read this article for more information.
