The cooking class was not what I expected it to be. I assumed that we are going to be watching someone cook and taking notes, basically observing the chef, but we got our hands dirty and we got to do it ourselves. It was really engaging and interesting and I never thought I could make a sauce with yogurt to eat with a bunch of different types of vegetables. Surprisingly, it was delicious too. I also learned through this cooking class how to cut fruits and vegetables properly. This was a great experience for me and I hope we have more opportunities like this to engage and learn new skills.
